Quotations should reach in the college on or before 12th March 2010 upto 3:00 p.m. clearly indicating (1) Full Name of the Proprietor/Manager;(2) Complete office address with Telephones;(3) Residential Address with Telephones;(4) Name of Organizations for which presently working;(5) PAN;(6) VAT/Sales Tax/Service Tax Registration Nos;(7) Bankers;(8) List of clients with telephone nos. & addresses served in the last 3 years.
The quotation will be opened on 15th March 2010 at 3:00 p.m. for short listing. The College reserves the right to call only the short listed parties for presentation and to examine the product and its technical specification. The college will have the discretion to discontinue/terminate the process at any stage without being liable to any one and assigning any reason or will take the appropriate action, if not satisfied with the work or supplies and delivery of services.
